No matter what your existing roof looks like—rubber, hot asphalt, modified bitumen, through-fastened metal, foam, or almost anything— the MR-24® roof system can be installed over it. Even if leaks have damaged your roof deck, the new MR-24® retrofit roof system will be supported by a new light-gauge structural support system that will attach to the bar joists or other roof secondary structural members. Interior drains can be utilized, or they can be eliminated with all drainage to the building exterior.

We also offer roof inspection services, including thermal imaging assessment, to help you determine the present condition of your roof. This service also includes photos and a written inspection report, which alerts you to any potential problems that need to be addressed.
